Hold On

We often hold to those that hurt us, because
we are scared of having nothing to hold.
I let down my walls for you,
but you reminded me why I built them so high.
Forged with many broken pieces
I try to smile,
So I think,
broken is capable
when I thought finally I have forgotten you,
We were dancing together.
My hands on your waist,
and yours on my shoulder matching footsteps.
Even a non-dancer learnt to dance.
Isn't broken is beautiful ?
I ask you to give me all your sufferings,
I swear it will be carried
a code of conduct stronger than an environment.
A right thing, better than else.
You will have to put an end to your sorrows
even if it means;
the birth of sorrow inside me.
I am not a naive,
I understand each step of yours.
and like waves I constantly find myself returning to your shores
even when I pull myself back.
I don't know where we will go from here,
but under this galaxy,
these stars
I always meant to be yours.
Isn't broken a new start ?
Cause only the desert knows the cost of rain.
Wait.
Breathe.
Hold on.
Cause its a long journey.
I whisper wishes to the sky
watch my words becoming stars;
after I fill the sky with star dust
I wonder if you will see them.
and again I close my eyes.
